| RMA Support Specialist Location Waterloo, Ontario Description Reporting to the Manager of Manufacturing, this position is responsible for processing and refurbishment of system level field return. Responsibilities: ? Performs product assembly/disassembly, systems configurations, and system tests ? Conducts quality inspections of all work performed ? Follows and updates production Bills of Materials and work instructions to complete Unit Builds ? Participates in inventory cycle count process, material transactions, and material movements Skills ? College Technical diploma or equivalent experience (computer, electronics) ? Minimum of 2 yrs of production/Manufacturing experience assembling and testing complex electronic or computer systems (computer parts, Hard Drives/Mother Boards/Memory/ CPU ?s ect) ? Minimum of 2 yrs experience with SAP production order processing, basic understanding of material movement transactions ? Visual acuity, manual dexterity ? Familiarity with ESD procedures and control ? Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment ? Demonstrated team player ? Extreme attention to detail and quality ? Demonstrated diagnostic, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.... |
