RECEPTIONIST (EMPLOYMENT & INCOME SUPPORT) Full-time LOCATION: 99 Regina St. S. , Waterloo Greets visitors and clients, determines the nature of their visit, responds to visitor inquiries, and directs them to appropriate E&IS staff or agencies. Uses a multi-line telephone to respond to and direct service requests from the general public, community agencies and staff. Distributes cheques, bank letters and forms to clients. Collects, opens, sorts, date stamps and directs incoming mail. Maintains and distributes client forms. Enters and retrieves data from software/programs and produces documents for program management. Books meeting rooms and shared offices for Regional and community agencies. Monitors reception area and ensures appropriate use of photocopier and telephone by clients. Photocopies legal documents, banking and other information for clients. Receives and directs emergency requests from Intake Application Line. Identifies and trouble-shoots hardware, software and application problems, client photocopier, and requests technical service and support.
