| Quality Inspector Level 3 - Exkor Location Windsor, Ontario Description QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of secondary school or equivalent. Completion of a postsecondary program in Quality Assurance preferred CMM operaton/programming course completion strongly preferred 5+ years related experience Previous experience programming and operating CMM machines Knowledge of TS-16949 requirements Previous experience applying principles of Statistical Process Control Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, blueprints and company procedure manuals. 3+ years experience operating precision measuring instruments and gauges including micrometers, verniers, height and bore gauges Previous experience calibrating precision measuring instruments preferred Ability to apply technical knowledge to determine reasons for errors in products. Make continuous improvement recommendations to quality management. Ability to work independently and coordinate tasks with others (i.e. operators, supervisors) as needed.
