| Quality Control Inspector Category: Manufacturing and Production Location: Concord, ON Experience: 1-2 yrs previous experience in QC role required, preferably in a cGMP facility Duration: 3 months temp to permanent Pay Rate: $12/hr to start Date Posted: 01/20/2012 Contact: Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: ?Perform statistical sampling of incoming packaging materials (containers, caps, labels, shippers, etc) ?Inspect/test to ensure product specific requirements are met & completed. ?Record results on a timely basis. ?Ensure packaging meets Industry, Customer, QA & company standards. ?Perform testing on packaging and components & complete documentation requirements. ?Ensure that all test results are within the acceptable range ?Generate reports as required including On-Hold & Rejection reports, issue & co-ordinate corrective action. ?Operate & maintain various instruments for conducting variety of tasks. ?Implement Test Protocols & Technical Procedures, as needed. ?Perform technical problem solving & trouble shooting as needed. ?Maintain packaging retain sampling system. ?Monitor specification requirements of products. ?Liaise with suppliers as required.
