| Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to the call center management team. Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review. Participates in call calibration sessions for call center staff. Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers. Permanent, full time position. Requirements and working conditions Educational level : University - Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Completed Years of experience related to the job offer :1 to 2 years experience Description of qualifications : Must be detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Medical terminology is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in French; bilingualism is an asset. Exceptional listening and analytical skills. Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC software (Word and Excel).
