| Quality Assurance Manager Job Title: Quality Assurance ManagerPurpose of Position:-Responsible for all quality department activities, including adherence to safety andenvironmental standards, continuous improvement and achievement of financial goals.Principal Accountabilities:-Manage the quality function by providing leadership and direction to quality staff,ensuring that safety, environmental standards, continuous improvement and financialgoals as defined by the Company's objectives, standards and policies are met.- Ensure customer complaints are resolved to the customers satisfaction.- Implement and maintain a quality system in compliance with ISO/TS16949 qualitystandard requirements. Ensure adherence to quality system procedures.-Manage the release of products from production to inspection and packaging.- Review and approve PPAP submissions.- Ensure product material certifications are provided to customers.-Ensure SPC/Cpk data is monitored and plant operations improvement plans areimplemented as required.- Ensure suitable field support is provided for customer plant locations.-Establish and maintain spending within the approved quality budget.- Ensure timely disposition of non-c.... |
