| Quality Assurance Analyst Back to current opportunities The Quality Assurance Analyst in the Quality Assurance Department within Information Services will be required to have interaction at all levels of the organization. The Quality Assurance Analyst is required to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for testing purposes. He/she will collect and translate all business requirements necessary for their assigned tasks and will develop relevant QA documentation for testing purposes. The position is responsible for Servus Credit Union and any affiliation development and enhancement testing which may include but is not limited to Captivation; Innovation, Net Banking, ACE, Operating Systems, Citrix and Hardware, Gateways, ATM/POS, Teleservice, Front Office Printing, Credit Scoring, Retail/Commercial Net Banking, Mailgate, Cash Management, Sharepoint, Web and GUI testing and 3rd party software. The Quality Assurance Analyst works closely with the junior, intermediate and senior Quality Assurance Analysts on the team to ensure quality assurance testing best practices are being followed.
