Type: Full Time Position Description Please note: This role is a one (1) year contract. It requires travel to various MLCF facilities in Western Provinces, with home based located in Saskatoon (preferred). Position Responsibilities: ? Conduct on-site assessment of active Product Standard Operating Procedures (pSOPs) including formulation and post formulation pSOPs, verification of ingredients, packaging materials, rework, process steps and critical to quality characteristics (CTQs) ? This assessment involves over 4000 pSOPs over 22 Maple Leaf Consumer Foods manufacturing plants. ? Be a part of a large cross functional project team working on SAP Recipe Management. ? The assessment will include the accuracy and completeness of pSOPs relative to missing process steps for both formulation and post formulation ? Assist process technologist in observing operations, processes and operators to assess the manufacturing processing versus the documented pSOPs ? Visually monitor.... |
