| Quality Assurance/Administrative Team Supervisor Job Apply now » Date: Jan 28, 2012 Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Our Client, one Canada's largest distributor of industrial, safety and fastener products is looking for a QA/Administrative Team Supervisors. Salary range between 50K - 65K. Hours are: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Vehicle is required. Responsibilities: Responsible for the day to day operation and leadership of the team. Supervise and direct warehouse associates, including training, motivating, and conducting the performance evaluation program. People-focused approach to development, coaching, communication, improvement, and team building. Ensure associates have proper access to the necessary tools to perform their assigned duties and that the tools are routinely inspected and cared for. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal customers and suppliers. Actively support company Values and Operating Principles by encouraging team to suggest new ideas, be accountable for actions, work as a team, and be customer focused. Responsible for full inventory security during their shift. Ability to understand and use reports/documentation as required .... |
