| Title QC Inspector (Mechanical) 17-021 Educational Requirements JM Other (Specify) Position Overview Reporting to the Project Quality Supervisor, the Mechanical Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for managing all aspects of the QA/QC Program on the project. The role of Quality Control professionals is to be knowledgeable in all areas of the construction projects. Responsible to both the customer and company, they become a valuable resource to the project from conception through completion. The Mechanical Quality Control Inspector will be working on our remote project site at our Cameco, Cigar Lake Mine located North of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The project is a fly in/fly out, camp job, working a 14X14 shift rotation at12 hour days. The approximate duration of this project is 16 months in length. Key Responsibilities ? Completing visual inspections, dimension and orientation checks as per code and client ? Verify and track all NDE requirement, percentages as per code and contract ? Insure all items on the ITP are completed ? Assist with the NCR process and the Corrective action process ? Monitor and verify all As-Builds ? Coordinate and communicate work activities with oth.... |
