QA Manager at 3K Consulting Inc (Toronto) Position: QA Manager Location: Toronto Contract: 6 Months + Rate: Open Job Description: Overall of 10+yrs of exp and expert level knowledge of the testing & deployment processes applicable to assigned products or systems. Test strategies for web-based applications preferably in the payroll, benefits or HR space. Proven track record establishing solid QA test strategies and plans. Minimum 3 years experience working in a Manager, Quality Assurance role. Experience with providing superior leadership across manual, automated and performance test activities. Strong knowledge of QA and software testing methodologies in support of a variety of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, RUP, etc. SKILL REQUIREMENTS Communication - ability to understand Architectural documentation, requirement documents, functional specifications, high level design documentation and system documentation. Solidly able to incorporate this information, along with project business objectives, into appropriate QA test strategies and plans.
