| QA Analyst Posting #152712 Permanent Ottawa Position Summary: QSI is currently seeking a dynamic, detail oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client ?s team. As a member of the Reporting team, the candidate will ensure quality releases through effective planning, design and implementation of advanced testing concepts and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong working knowledge of databases, understanding of application servers, web technologies and trouble shooting a variety of operating systems. Duties: Validate design specs Design, write, and execute test plans and test scripts for assigned features Analyze and document test results; file defect reports and enhancement requests Continually provide feedback on usability of the feature and how it fits into the product as a whole Perform Installations Verification of User Interface Functionality and Usability Output Presentation verification Performance and Load Testing Knowledge and Skills: A degree in computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing Excellent written and verbal communication skills .... |
