| Title Purchasing Clerk/Data Entry Position Overview Microserve's client requires a Purchasing Clerk/Data Entry to join its team in Burnaby. This is contract position (40 hours per week) for 6months. The Purchasing Clerk/Data Entry representative is responsible for accurate preparation of sales order paperwork, filing, data entry and ETA fulfillment. Places purchase orders for routine products. Provides assistance on an as-needed basis to ensure significant tasks are completed. Requirements Sales Order Processing ? Print Sales Order Confirmation and assemble with quote sheet. ? Check inventory for each item on the sales order ? Prepare Daily Bid Sheet and email to distributors by 11:00AM. ? New Code Creation ? Sort completed sales orders and purchase orders for distribution to Branches. Branch paperwork must be down by 3:30PM. Change Order Processing ? Pull original paperwork from warehouse. ? Make changes to Sales Order in AccPac. ? Reprint Sales Order Confirmation and assemble paperwork. ? Highlight changed item and put in bin to be purchased. ? Deletions - remove from sales order and cancel PO with vendor or request vendor return from RMA department. Price Protection Claims ? Ass.... |
