| Property Manager Job No.: 12-ON-003 Type: Salaried - Full Time Location: Toronto Division: Office Summary: Location: Royal Bank Plaza Responsible for the overall administration of the Office Tenants, including but not limited to accounts receivable, documentation, construction, budgets, monthly reporting and the development and training of staff. Primary duties include: Ongoing review of JDE control reports to ensure that information is being maintained on a timely/accurate basis Responsible for the overall integrity of the information in JDE Review and approval of lease related payments: progress billing on work orders, cheque requisitions for tenant allowance, payments of brokerage commissions, approval of feasibility studies for design work requested Contact tenants to collect outstanding accounts Documenting collection requests as evidence for legal action Directing and monitoring the Property Administrator's activities Provide direction and training to staff (APM's) Monitor progress and provide continuous feedback regarding performance Embrace the CRM program and ensure 2 visits per tenant per year are completed Exceed the 95% success rate of 310-MAXX Pr.... |
