Job Type Full-Time Responsibilities Full cycle accounting for various properties Year end working paper preparation including Financial Statements with notes Budget preparation Calculation and issuance of operating cost adjustments Education Relevant post-secondary education. Experience The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required with directly related experience in the real estate industry ideal Strong computer skills wsith proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
