POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Realty Services Division Team, under the direct supervision of
the Manager - Realty Services, administer, acquire, develop, market, lease and dispose of Municipal lands and
buildings in accordance with optimum real estate management practices.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Negotiate and supervise the maintenance, acquisition, development, marketing, leasing and disposal of City
lands and buildings and recommend, prepare and finalize agreements and procedures related to these functions
in conjunction with the City's Solicitor.
2. Prepare reports, studies, recommendations, by-laws, and other documentation related to Realty Services'
functions.
3. Respond to written and verbal enquiries and liaise with other departments, public and private agencies and
individuals on realty-related matters.
