| Property Administrator Canada-Alberta-Calgary Job # 1188496 Job Description Responsibilities: Update and maintain lease related information on JDE Client Systems as required for property administration; Prepare Notice of Charges and related correspondence to Tenants; and preparation of leases and related documents in Oxdocs; Liaison with Property Manager, other Property Administrator(s), Accounting and Systems groups to identify JDE issues and/or improvements and take corrective action; Audit lease documentation on on-going basis as related to JDE for completeness, providing monthly status reports; Audit Rent Control reports and Tenant Roster on monthly basis ensuring rent postings are complete and accurate, providing monthly reports; Audit building floor and area information on on-going basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness, providing monthly reports; Maintain Tenant files, including lease documentation; insurance and area certifications, obtaining missing information; Maintain record of Site Plan changes, providing monthly updates. Requirements: Post Secondary Diploma or University; Accounting Courses; Minimum 2 years related experience; Property Management Software and Micro.... |
