| Job Posting #57364 - Property Accountant About Our Client Our client, a leader in the their industry, located in the GTA is looking for a Property Accountant to add to their growing accounting team. Responsibilities: The Property Accountant will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to: • Responsible for preparing full set of monthly financial statements for a number of commercial properties; • Responsible for full balance sheet reconciliations and month end accruals; • Prepare all CAM/tax recoveries adjustments in accordance with tenant leases; • Prepare and post monthly rent role; • Ensure commodity taxes are reconciled, processed and remitted; • Prepare working papers for auditors on various properties: • Prepare monthly cash disbursements.
