| Property Accountant Job No.: 12-ON-007 Type: Salaried - Full Time Location: Toronto Division: CFO Summary: Responsible for the overall accounting of a mix of retail, office and residential buildings Ensure timely compilation and maintenance of accounting data to meet reporting deadlines Preparation of GST/PST remittances Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly journal entries Assist in analysis of monthly operating variances and account analysis Prepare cash flow projections as required Prepare monthly reports and distributions of cash flows to owners Prepare year end cost statements and assist in final billing of tenants Prepare annual audited financial statements and operationg cost statements Prepare year end audit working papers and liaison with auditors Prepare various accounting reports and analysis as requested Prepare information as requested by the tax department Assist in preparation and reviewing of annual budgets Support property management personnel in financial accounting matters Requirements: College diploma or University degree is required Enrollment in 3rd level CMA/CGA program is required Minimum 2 years experience in financial .... |
