| Property Accountant Canada-Ontario-Toronto Job # 1188493 Job Description Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall accounting of a large retail centre Ensure timely compilation and maintenance of accounting data to meet reporting deadlines Preparation of GST/PST remittances Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly journal entries Assist in analysis of monthly operating variances and account analysis Prepare cash flow projections as required Prepare monthly reports and distributions of cash flows to owners Prepare year end cost statements and assist in final billing of tenants Prepare year end audit working papers and liaison with auditors Prepare various accounting reports and analysis as requested Prepare audited and unaudited financial statements for internal and external users Prepare and reviewing of annual budgets and quarterly reforecast Support property management personnel in financial accounting matters Requirements: College diploma or University degree is required Enrollment in 3rd level CMA/CGA program is required Minimum 3 years experience in financial accounting Real estate accounting knowledge preferred Strong systems skills (JDE, Excel, Word, Outlook) required Ex.... |
