Responsibilities of this role include: ? Direct the planning and implementation of procurement activities within projects; ? Monitor project purchasing performance; ? Advise project managers of deficiencies and provide specialized assistance as required; ? Train, develop, and maintain sufficient personnel of high quality and sufficient quantity to meet company project needs; ? Receive vendor representatives and ensure that vendor information is processed through the approved vendor list (avl) information system; ? Assist in the preparation of project vendor lists; ? Assist in complex vendor negotiations as required; ? Ensure project procurement execution plans are complete and adhered .... |
