This contract opportunity is projected to be twelve (12) months in length with the possibility of extension if applicable. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Planning and scheduling the project; Assisting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; Writing statement of work and acceptance tests; Directing and managing project execution; Advising the Manager on project status and results in a timely fashion; Identifying required and optional changes in project scope; Negotiating change orders with the owner; Ensuring that project staff understands the organizations operating policies, practices, processes, and applying these appropriately; Interfacing with internal and external clients; Maintaining safety standards in all aspects of the project; and, Transitioning the project into operations, releasing project staff, archiving project documentation, acceptance testing, and creation of lessons learned.
