| Project Manager - IT Facilities Job ID 11813068 01/19 Position Overview / Vue d’ensemble du poste Our client requires a Project Manager on a contract basis to the end of the year to oversee the IT Project Delivery in the areas of IT Facilities. The role involves working for IT and with Facilities to establish standards, fulfill requests and work closely with our outsourced partners. Responsibilities / Responsabilités Key Responsibilities: - Manage IT Capital projects within PMO framework and report to Project Delivery Services - Departmental workroom upgrades and standardization - work with Business Stakeholders to gather workroom requirements; propose appropriate upgrade solutions; ensure compliance with TLM AV standards for project workrooms; engage Vendor(s) for hardware quotes, procurement and installation; execute Vendor SOW and manage deliverables - Video Conference Meeting Rooms - ensure VC rooms are up to date according to the Talisman VC standards for VC Capability; engage Stakeholders as appropriate; engage Vendor(s) for hardware quotes, procurement and installation; execute Vendor SOW and manage deliverables - IT Project Manager for Facilities new office builds - engage .... |
