| A very interesting contract, located downtown, 6 months duration. We have a requirement for a Business PM role. This role will suit the candidate comfortable working with business people and understanding business strategy and objectives. The incumbent will represent the Business Sponsor in all project activities undertaken: At the start of each project, PM does the research to understand the strategic and business objectives of the project (benefits, scope, investment ranking, stakeholder interviews, etc.) PM has the same level of understanding of business and technical work packages as their partners. PM can therefore fully support the business strategy. PM has regular interactions with the Sponsor and Business Owner. Required: 8 - 10 years of experience in business project management. Client oriented, good communicator with strong negotiation skills. PMP certification is required Experience within a large financial institution would be most helpful in this role.
