KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the submission of complete development approval applications, including Official Plan amendment, zoning amendment, Committee of Adjustment , Plan of Subdivision, Site Plan Control and condominium applications Complete property research, such as planning reviews (Official Plan, zoning, Committee of Adjustment and urban design), property roll assessments, Ontario Municipal Board decisions, Heritage Status, parkland dedication Utilize Section 37 and other relevant municipal policies relevant in the assessment of potential development/redevelopment opportunities Use research to provide input for highest and best use recommendations, understanding of surrounding development approval.... |
