| Project Manager, Business Intelligence - Open Learning This posting is in effect from January 17, 2012 to January 30, 2012, closing at 4:30 pm. Please be advised that effective February 7, 2012 to February 1, 2013, there is a temporary, full-time position for a Project Manager, Business Intelligence ? Open Learning. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, subject to change depending upon departmental requirements. JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Director Business Intelligence, the Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the efficient operation of the TRU-OL Project Management Office (PMO), managing assigned projects and using commonly accepted project management tools and techniques and supervising PMO staff. The PM is responsible for completion of all assigned projects on time, on budget, and according to specifications. The PM will maintain currency on new PM related technologies. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure all new project ideas and proposals are initiated and approved in accordance with PMO and TRU-OL policies.
