| Project Coordinator Location: Head Office, NS Job Code: 67 # of openings: 1 Description Kerr Global Communications, a privately owned Atlantic Canadian company is currently looking for a well organized and motivated in idual to add to their dynamic and ever growing team. Based out of Head Office, the Project Coordinator will be integral to the ongoing success and continued growth of the company. Responsibilities Managing a technical relationship between Vendors and Customers Liaise with Account Managers and Customers Effectively coordinate vendors, account managers, installers, etc through the roll of new and existing contracts Work with a large scale of clients ranging from Small and Medium Businesses to Enterprise level clients Coordinate Field Technicians to troubleshoot issues when they arise as well as bring new customers/units online Handling inquiries posed by senior management Call existing customers to confirm hardware and software is working and are pleased with the service Maintaining great relationships with customers Create contracts for new clients Enter data into Financial and CRM systems Develop project plan for each client rollout Employment Requirements: Ability t.... |
