Responsabilit?s - travailler ?troitement avec les chefs de projet de l?entreprise au niveau de la mise en place des plans de projet et du suivi du projet selon les normes et standards en place (Financier: Via les plans de projets, le Project Repository (PR), le Gating Log, le Co?t Projet 5 Ans et le suivi des d?penses ; - organiser les rencontres de statut, faire le suivi d?activit?s, publier les minutes, b?tir des pr?sentations, garder les logs ? jour (Issues, Risks, PCR?) ; - appliquer les processus de gestion de projets (gestion des logs, cumul des ?vidences?) dans le cadre de son travail avec les chefs de projet, et ?mettre des recommandations d?am?liorations et de meilleures pratiques ; - s?assurer du respect des standards de gestion de projets en place ; - produire tous les rapports et autres livrables r?guliers requis et offrir le soutien associ? ; - participer ? la r?conciliation du quantitatif des projets ; - offrir de la formation et du coaching au niveau de l?utilisation de .... |
