You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Construction Group from the pre-bid to the close out of construction projects and providing administrative assistance to the Construction Manager & Project Managers. Key Responsibilities: · Assisting with the preparation of bid documents and other submittals. · Coordinating the set-up of awarded projects, including the project binder and all required documents. · Ensuring all billing documents are organized per project and prepared for invoicing. · Assisting with the administration of our Safety Program. · Updating Project resume and Field Staff resumes.... |
