| Title Project Assistant - Industrial Division Job ID 446 Responsibilities The project assistant reports to the project director operationally, and, day-to-day to the project manager. The candidate ?s responsibilities will include: ? Project administration, including preparation, processing and tracking of contract and subcontract documents, communications, change orders, requests for information, shop drawings, operations and maintenance manuals and other project related documents. ? Filing and archiving of project documents. ? Expediting or coordinating information submitted by owner, consultants, trades and suppliers. ? Work closely with the project manager, estimator, and site superintendent to minimize their need to do task work. o Change order pricing and documentation; o Obtaining and processing of all submittals; o Document management and control; and o Drafting minutes of meetings, contracts and correspondence. ?
