It supports the mission, vision and values of Rockwell Automation by providing administrative support regarding contracts and billing to field sales personnel in an effort to maintain positive customer relations. Maintaining files, tracking shipments, generating reports, and ensuring accurate records of contract relations Communicating and confirming hardware delivery dates with management or engineering team and tracking progress of shipments Creating project folder, collecting and making copies of all relevant documentation or paperwork and communicating status of project to all relevant parties Collecting, analyzing and distributing any relevant information including verifying revenue, tracking billable information, providing status updates to management team and updating contract tracking information.
