| Title Project Administrator Position Overview Work with the Project Manager (PM) to ensure projects run smoothly by coordinating and maintaining information, contracts, documentation, and files. This role is also responsible for assisting with general office administration duties and special projects as required. Responsibilities & Duties Assist with preparing, coordinating, printing, distributing, tracking, filing, and archiving project delivery and construction phase administration files and documents throughout the project life cycle including: fee letters, design contracts, project correspondence, bid packages, specifications, schedules, construction contracts, shop drawings, RFIs, site instructions, CCNs, change orders, building permits, invoices, projected revenue reports, staffing reports etc. Work with PM to monitor and track project work plan, schedule, WIP, and financial reporting updates in MS Project and Excel Organize, administer, and maintain project portal and electronic and hard copy filing systems for project delivery and construction phase administration information, reports, documents, and other materials Liaise with client, contractors, and authorities to coordi.... |
