This is a full-time hourly position ( 40 hours per week) for at least one year duration. The Project Administrator works on-site with the Construction Project Teams and requires intermediate administrative skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS Uploading progress pictures of project into the project file Creating project binders and shop drawing file folders Reception / front desk duties Filing and tracking of RFI ?s ( maintaining binders, updating logs) Updating of logs weekly ( tender, drawings, documents) Collecting, sorting and inputting Sub-trade invoices for payment, for PM approval Assistance with printing / filing of all documents Assistance with sorting invoices, purchase orders, and pack slips Assist in filing tender documents Other administrative duties as required JOB SPECIFICATIONS 1.
