| Project Administrator - Construction & Infrastructure Renewal - Toronto, Ontario Back to Search Results JOB POSTING # 670670 Position: Project Administrator, Construction and Infrastructure Renewal Department: Infrastructure Reports to: Director Hours: 37.5 hours per week Status: Permanent Full-time Under the direction of the Director - Infrastructure Facilities, the primary responsibilities of the Project Administrator, Construction and Infrastructure Renewal include the coordination of construction project administration functions within the UHN Infrastructure department such as: leading the ongoing development, training and reporting of UHN facilities capital project administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the facilities capital program; maintaining master project change logs including Contemplated versus approved Change Orders and Change Directives; the ongoing reconciliation of UHN project financial reports and forward project cashflow projections; maintaining and reporting on project metrics to support CQI initiatives; organizing and controlling functions of UHN Facilities Condition Assessment system to ensure that capital fund expenditures are cap.... |
