Upholds the fulfillment of Life Time Fitness' Mission Statement & the divisional goal of being a premier design, build, developer of Life Time Fitness facilities. Responsibilities - Releases approved subcontracts in the accounting system based on established Sarbanes-Oxley criteria - Compiles & sends subcontract packets to vendors for completion - Receives, reviews for completeness and executes subcontract packets - Retains all backup bid information and executed contracts & files all completed contract documents in standard project folder locations - Enters professional service agreements/amendments into accounting system - Complies & sends service agreement packets to service providers - Retains all backup bid information and executed service agreements & files in standard project folder locations - Maintain contract/services agreement tracking tool - Compile and distribute contract status report to project team - Finalize/cr.... |
