| Project Accountant Position Summary The Project Accountant provides project managers with up to date project budget and cost information. This involves maintaining current project data, running reports and responding to requests for information as needed. In addition, the Project Accountant supports the accounting department by carrying out a variety of general accounting functions. Software requirements are Navision. Key Job Elements Provide Accounts Payable training to new and existing employees as needed. Project cost report maintenance and budget set up. Liaise with Managers on a monthly basis to update project cost reports for submission to the President and CEO on a timely basis. Preparation of the Project Cost Report Summary for each board package. Preparation and maintenance of contracts and sub-contract change orders. Assist with preparation of year-end audit files. Preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of construction loan draws. Preparation of external projects funding invoice and other administrative and project related invoicing, as needed.
