| Program Supervisor, Child and Family Programs Canada-Ontario-Toronto Job # 1188249-1188250 Job Description The Etobicoke Children's Centre is a dynamic accredited Children's Mental Health organization in West Toronto. The ECC provides a continuum of mental health services for children, birth to thirteen, with psycho-social, emotional, or behavioural problems, and their families. The ECC is growing and as a result we are seeking a Program Supervisor for our Clinical Programs. ? The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of direct service staff who provide a continuum of services (including Service Coordination) for children and their families. ? S/he will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with community partners in the planning and coordination of services in the West quadrant. The program supervisor is an active participant and contributing member of the Centre's Management Team which promotes, implements and evaluates the Centre's strategic directions. S /he participates in continual monitoring and improving the Centre's effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service.
