| Job Title Program Manager Location Winnipeg, MB Job Type Full-Time Regular Position Id EB-1932511545 Job Description Program Manager Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Acts as a key contact with the customer. Reviews overall program status with respect to quality, delivery and costs. Builds a solid relationship with the customer and addresses any concerns. Responsible for the revenue stream, which includes profitability, budgeted sales, inventory, etc. Is cognizant of all key success measurements of the program. Promotes teamwork throughout the organization and coaches/mentors people when conflicts arise. Plays a significant role as a leader. Motivates and energizes teams towards a common goal. Manages and leads various projects related to the program ( s). Formal reporting is required. Communicates aspects of the program to the organization at different levels. Understands the market of their customer products and looks for opportunities to increase the business. Qualifications Include: Graduate of an engineering program, technologist, CIM or relevant business / management courses. Knowledge and experience in Continual Improvement tools is an asset.
