| Title Production Support - YLW Base Position Overview The Production Support role is responsible for coordinating the paperwork and records for the entire check of an aircraft and monitors the documents for accuracy. Responsibilities Coordinate all paperwork-planning issues to the production floor. Coordinate all parts ordered for all aircraft. Generate daily reports and labour hour reports Create, organize and track aircraft Maintenance Check company and customer paperwork Provide administrative support to production personnel, organize and track paperwork for work stands i.e. Requisitions, AWC, task cards etc Liaison with Aircraft Support, Records & Planning and Stores Liaison with Customer Representatives and respond to customer service requests Auditing and filing paperwork Requirements Completion of High School Able to type 40-50 wpm Aircraft parts and paperwork knowledge Proficient computer skills especially in MS Excel Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability Pride in accuracy Strong customer service skills Familiarity with Lawson M3 System would be an asset Personal Suitability: Committed to service quality, innovation and customer loyalty Must enjoy working i.... |
