| Job Title Production Supervisor Location Brampton Regions Brampton, ON Description The People Bank ? Mississauga is currently looking for a Production Supervisor for our client in the Food industry located in Brampton . This is a night shift position. You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day production of products ensuring a safe environment, that key targets are met, the effective management of resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Drive strong compliance with Health and Safety policies through training, audits, education and clear communication. Provide leadership to the production staff ensuring their safety and attainment of performance goals Ensure that metrics such as cost reduction, productivity, health and safety, sanitation, customer satisfaction, and staffing are adequately met Complete annual performance reviews of hourly employees Ensure compliance with the company ?s corporate and legal obligations to the unionized workforce Participate in the development of budgets, training, and production plans Qualifications: Technology based university degree or college diploma 3+ years of experience in the Food industry Previous .... |
