| Job Title: Postdoctoral Office Administrator, Faculty of Graduate Studies Job ID: 1954 Location: Main Campus Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Return to Previous Page Position Overview The Faculty of Graduate Studies is currently seeking a Regular Full-time Postdoctoral Office Administrator . This position reports to the Coordinator, Postdoctoral Program, Faculty of Graduate Studies. The incumbent is responsible for the administration of over 400 postdoctoral fellow appointments campus wide. The Postdoctoral Office Administrator works independently and with minimal supervision in managing the day-to-day administration of the postdoctoral office. The nature of the role requires discretionary decision making, based on sound judgement within the prescribed policies and guidelines of the University, Faculty of Graduate Studies and the relevant funding agencies(s). This position can be stressful with constantly changing priorities and frequent interruptions, driven by frequent deadlines, high priority issues and need for accurate details.
