| Policy Assembler Job ID: 103437 Location: Calgary Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Return to Previous Page Responsibilities Job Summary: The policy assembler is responsible for the accurate and timely assembly and distribution of agency and direct bill policies. Major Duties: Sort and assemble policy documents for personal lines products, attaching appropriate forms, endorsements, marketing inserts and policy wordings to policyholders and brokers. Sort and attach account summaries for direct bill and mail out to insured’s and brokers. Locate document pull requests from underwriting staff and agents and confirm action taken a daily basis. Perform daily, general clerical functions as scheduled. Maintain and record personal production data for assembly statistics. Assist in manual processing of outgoing mail from assembly unit. Assist in weighing and adding postage to outgoing mail from assembly unit. Maintain a standard of quality and quantity within the assembly unit with minimal reported errors and within service levels determined by manager. Assist mailroom and supplies units as needed. Operate standard office machines and equipment such as postage machi.... |
