| Planning Coordinator- FMM Type of Position: Permanent Full Time Deadline: 02/10/2012 Company: CEDA-REACTOR LTD. Location: Fort McMurray, AB Position Summary: CEDA REACTOR LTD, is seeking a motivated and professional individual for the position of Planning Coordinator in the Fort McMurray area. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning work projects in the field, tracking equipment, evaluating staffing requirements and will carry out the scheduling and dispatching of equipment and field personnel. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Field Liaison with customers, subcontractors, engineers, project managers & all field base personnel - Dispatching of equipment and scheduling field personnel - Field observation of the various on-going projects at site - Establishing and maintaining client relationships - Tracking and organization equipment and evaluating staffing requirements - Planning and scheduling turnarounds and outages on site - Reading and interpreting prints and drawings - Monitoring and analysis of schedules during all phases of the project - Estimating costs, time, manpower and equipment - Daily progress reporting Role Specifications : Minimum.... |
