| Planning Business Process Analyst Location: Head Office (Montreal, Quebec) Store Location: Job Code: 727 # of openings: 1 Description We are currently looking for a: Planning Business Process Analyst Reporting to the VP Planning, the Planning Business Process Analyst is responsible for interpreting the needs of the end business user through their requests, translating and documenting these needs into application and operational requirements. In addition, through analysis and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, the Planning Business Process Analyst leads process improvement initiatives and solutions in support of the evolving needs of the business. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure in depth understanding of business process flow; Elicit and interpret business needs and define Business Process Improvement, functional, integration and technical requirements in order to generate optimal reports; Analyze and recommend improvements to how applications are being used and impact to processes; Anticipate potential problems and proactively improves processes in order to prevent or eliminate them.
