| This position reports to the Personal Lines Service Manager and is responsible for the following: - Supervise, mentor and coach on a daily basis, a team of 8 - Monitor fluctuation of calls and ensure proper coverage accordingly - Ability to step in and assist with calls as required - Handle escalations as required - Product review and training on new offerings which compliments our client base - Review monthly reports provided by Insurers and provide summary of results to Management - Recommend improvements to existing workflows, and product offerings to increase retention annually - Work with Sales Manager on implementation of new groups, ensuring proper staffing exists to support NEW initiatives Required Skills - Strong Problem Solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Must be able to represent the team and Hub in a positive manner Required Experience - People person - strong interpersonal skills; experience leading people - Insurance background - RIBO licensed; preference to previous experience with Group insurance offerings in brokerage environment Hub International Hub International Personal Lines Group Supervisor Jobs .... |
