| Performance and Reporting Analyst Job ID 11886 Position Overview / Vue d’ensemble du poste Performance and Reporting Analyst collaborates with process owners and team leaders for the fair, accurate and complete representation of the performance targets, on-going monitoring and measurement, reporting and presentation of activities/efforts against contracted Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and key performance indicators that show whether the delivery of service is failing, meeting or exceeding client minimal or expected service level standards. Responsibilities / Responsabilités • Identification of a concerning trend in operational performance results, and application of problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies. • Using client provided toolsets conduct surveys of users, after Incident closure, and reporting the results to client Measuring User Satisfaction. • Perform demand management forecasting. • Work with client to develop a standard set of operational performance reports and to determine the frequency of such reports.
