January 18, 2012 Position Title: Payroll Coordinator Location: Prince George, British Columbia Closing Date: January 31, 2012 General Information: This position will be responsible for processing hourly payrolls and administering all benefit plans for several operations. The successful candidate will work closely with all other Payroll team members to ensure all payroll functions are handled efficiently and accurately. This position requires well established organizational skills, a high level of motivation and energy, excellent two-way communication and preference for working in a tightly knit team environment. Responsibilities: Processing of payroll, earnings, deductions and taxes for multiple divisions, in compliance with Labour agreements, statutory regulations and Labour Standards. Administration and payment of all benefits in compliance with the applicable Health and Welfare plan agreements. Provide payroll related information as required by Operations and Senior Management. Coordinate with operational Human Resources and Accounting staff to ensure all processes are completed in a timely manner..... |
