| Payroll Associate, Level 1 Location: Head Office (Montreal, Quebec) Store Location: Job Code: 741 # of openings: 1 Description We are currently searching for a: Payroll Associate - Level 1 Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Associate - Level 1 is responsible for performing all duties related to the payroll processing. Primary Responsibilities: Auditing of payroll system entries and monitoring of time & attendance entries. Processing of masterfile changes (for approx. 500+employees), hours, and other employee related data & ensuring the accuracy of information received. Responding to payroll queries from employees. Preparing employment records and manual payments. Participating in the verification of all payroll related reports. Processing all changes in our POS system concerning employee file maintenance. Participating in the archiving/retrieval/filing of payroll documents. Participating in the preparation & distribution of pay stubs to all employees. Performing other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications and competencies: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years or more of experience Good organizational skills Strong team player, capable of performing .... |
