The role is responsible for processing low to medium complexity payrolls for multiple clients, maintaining client and employee records, ensuring the payroll data is collected, input, processed, balanced and verified in accordance with the client and Government specifications. This role responds to employee/client queries via incoming calls to the Call/Service center in a professional and timely manner assuming full responsibility and resolution. This role supports and receives direction from the Payroll Team Lead of Master Data.
