| Title Payroll Administrator Job ID 1137 Responsibilities Our Client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their Winnipeg team. Reporting to the Controller, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing a bi-weekly, multi-jurisdictional payroll of approximately 200+ employees. Some of the responsibilities will include verifying the accuracy of employee hours, assisting in the month-end, quarterly, and year-end processes, completing payroll journal entries, government remittances (stat deductions, WCB), creating ROE ?s and reviewing T4 ?s. This role is the key liaison with staff, HR, and external agencies alike. The successful candidate will also provide support to the Finance Team in various capacities, including AP, AR, and deposits in addition to the processing and reconciling of payroll GL accounts. Requirements This ideal candidate holdes their PCP or CPM certification, complimented by 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience. Experience processing multi-jurisdictional payrolls is essential to being successful in this role.
